I am looking to rent out my spare double room £600 a month all bills included. Rent paid in advance on 1st month, Non smoking inside the house. Available asap.
You will be sharing with me and my son who is 17 and 3 cats ( a large ginger boy, petite rescue rag doll girl and a wee fluffy senior cat at 16 who I rehomed) We are a friendly sociable wee family and do have family who live close by and visit, we are out most of the day at work and college my son loves gaming, and is a typical teenager who lives in his room/cave lol
Use of bathroom with shower and bath
Kitchen with your own cupboard/space, use of washing machine and appliances.
Use of big garden, you are welcome to make it beautiful if you like gardening lol
Wifi/internet connection
We are local to Napier and Stevenson college (walking distance)
Bus route to Heriot Watt at Riccarton
Bus route to town, the Gyle and Airport
5 minute walk to Tram stops
Very good bus services to city centre
