Double room EH15

Hi people!

I am renting a room in my apartment from now, up to 3 months, with the possibility of extending, it is located on EH15, about 25min from city center by bus.

No couples or pets allowed. I'm sorry.

I am looking for someone calm, clean, orderly and of course with education, this means not talking loudly on the phone at 2 in the morning and waking up at 5 in the morning to put a washing machine. I don't want daily parties on the flat, obviously you can have a social life, but with control.

You would live alone with me. I am a calm and sociable person, I like to spend part of my free time with the TV or the computer but I also like to spend time chatting.
I am a native Spanish and I speak English. So any of these languages is welcome!

The apartment has a private entrance, is fully equipped, dryer and dishwasher included. The kitchen currently has more appliances than shown in the photos.

The room has a double bed with storage under it, apart from a built-in wardrobe, shelves... and a small desk. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
All the furniture is new and the mattress and bed are of very good quality gel.

There is also a private very sunny outdoor porch/garden at the front.

The price would be 600l + Gas and 500l deposit.
