Description
Are you visiting, performing or working at the
Fringe Festival?
International Festival?
Book Festival?
Film Festival?
If so, a quiet haven yet within easy access of many venues could be a perfect temporary home for you. I'm looking to let my guest room to a quiet non-smoker during August.
You'd mostly have your own bathroom (shower over the tub), unless I have a friend staying for a few days. My home is a peaceful and spacious Victorian flat in a leafy residential area. Within walking distance are the following large venues:
Summerhall
Queen's Hall
King's Hall
Festival Theatre
Pleasance
Surgeon's Hall
George Square
Bristo Square
There are many bus routes nearby, several small supermarkets, plus a shopping centre at Cameron Toll (large Sainsbury and Aldi supermarkets) again all in walking distance. The Commonwealth Pool/Leisure Centre and Arthur's Seat/Holyrood Park are also nearby.
I work in the National Health Service and am interested in theatre and art. A quiet home is important for me and also out of respect for my neighbours - it's definitely not a party flat and please, no overnight guests. Happy to chat online and I'd like proof of ID please and payment on arrival.
Sorry: no couples or pets, and there's no garden access. Ideally I'd like to find someone who wants to rent the room for the whole month.
Thank you for reading.
