House has all mod cons, gas heating, limited wireless broadband, as well as front garden and off street parking and is on main route into town with 5 buses available 24 hrs every day.

Room has single bed, study desk, and storage space including wardrobe and 3 drawer set.

Great local shops/ supermarkets, and local gym very near.

I prefer a flatmate who is laid back with a sense of humour, & can socialise sometimes although is not a requirement. House harmony is most important!

I 'm Security professional on constant shifts,
I'm attached male live in landlord, I keep house clean and tidy and expect it to remain that way, although not OCD about it, just no dirty dishes, ever!! :-)
You will be required to maintain and clean shared areas also.
I respect your privacy and your room is yours to do as you wish within reason, also be aware sometimes maintenance work will require room access.

Rent paid monthly in advance and I would require a security deposit of £450.00 also.
