Short-term room & bathroom in city centre!

I have a very comfy double room & private bathroom available in my flat based in Leith for a Festival short-term let - all bills included & perfect for Summer in Edinburgh to enjoy the Festival😊

The flat is on the first floor, there is an elevator, free parking, bike storage and a free fitness suite within the estate. The property is 5 mins from a central bus stop, 10 minutes from a tram stop, as well as being on the edge of Pilrig Park - perfect for barbecues in the sunshine! There is easy access to the Water of Leith paths which are perfect for runners and cyclists, keen to explore new parts of the city.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside tables, one large rug, a large wardrobe with full length mirror, a desk (upgraded since these photos were taken) and a chair. I have an en-suite so you will have private access to the main bathroom other than the occasional guest.

The living room is very spacious with a large corner sofa, a tv with many subscriptions etc. There is also a large dining table with room for 6 on the opposite end.

I am a 28 year old Operations Manager who works fully from home with occasional travel however I am currently scheduled to be away most of July & planning for part of August.

Occasionally I dogsit for my brother so dog-friendly is advised (she is a sweetheart) :)

All bills included. Will consider slightly longer or shorter lets but please note that I am not currently looking for a long-term tenant. Couples considered but there will be an additional fee for two.

Please note that the deposit will be based on the amount of time that you rent the room. This room is £450 per week due to the time of year, not per month😊
