Short-term room & bathroom in city centre!

I have a very comfy double room & private bathroom available in my flat based in Leith for a Festival short-term let - all bills included & perfect for Summer in Edinburgh to enjoy the Festival😊

The flat is on the first floor, there is an elevator, free parking, bike storage and a fitness suite within the estate. The property is 5 mins from a central bus stop, 10 minutes from a tram stop, as well as being on the edge of Pilrig Park - perfect for barbecues in the sunshine! There is easy access to the Water of Leith paths which are perfect for runners and cyclists, keen to explore new parts of the city.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside tables, one large rug, a large wardrobe with full length mirror, a desk (upgraded since these photos were taken) and a chair. I have an en-suite so you will have private access to the main bathroom other than the occasional bath and guests will use this too.

The living room is very spacious with a large corner sofa, a tv with many subscriptions etc. There is also a large dining table with room for 6 on the opposite end.

I am a 29 year old Ops Manager who works fully from home with periods of travel.

Occasionally I dogsit for my brother so dog-friendly is advised.

All bills included. Will consider slightly longer or shorter lets but please note that I am not currently looking for a long-term tenant. Couples considered but there will be an additional fee for two.

Please note that the deposit will be based on the amount of time that you rent the room. This room is £500 per week due to the time of year, not per month😊

My current flatmate is moving to London for the beginning of August so the availability in July is still tbd.
