Double room in central Edinburgh

Hey I’m looking for a new flatmate. The room is fully furnished and there’s a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room as well as access to the private garden. The property is located close to Union Canal and about 20min from the city centre. The rent for the double room (12.5m2) is £900 per month, utilities included.
