Lodger 22nd November onwards in Leith

With secured parking beneath the flats (and parking within the close), a balcony with a sea view and a lift. The flat is on the fourth floor. Sea view from the room.

I have an ensuite to my room and there is a separate shower room which I do not use which would be for your use.

Connections from the flat include 35, 1, 11, and 16 bus. The nearest tram stop is Balfour Street.

I am a keen hiker (trying to bag munros slowly), I am a reader, I boulder/rock climb from time to time, I enjoy cooking and baking, cultural and historical events. I have been based in Edinburgh for the last 11 years.

Council tax band D (included).

Bills are included - WiFi, council tax, and gas and electric (within reason regarding usage).

Currently half the monthly cost of these is:
£95 for Council tax,
£16 for Broadband.
£65 for gas and electricity.

I work from home 2/3 days a week currently and sometimes in the living room. I would like a lodger who maximum does this also ideally.

Also, the furniture in the living room is different in the balcony picture as this picture was from when I bought the flat.
