Room available for 3 months in 4 Bedroom flat

Am looking for someone to stay in my room while I am in Japan for three months from Apr - June (room available Apr. 1 - June 30 with some wiggle room on the ends). The room will come largely as is (computer and projector will stay and have access to, will store away my clothes to make room in wardrobe / under bed). It is semi-ensuite, there is a door directly to the bathroom that also has a door to the hallway, and the bathroom is shared with James. There is a second bathroom in the flat that has a very large bathtub that you can use if you want. Mrs. Dog is also included, will need the tenant to feed and tend the litter box (cat food and litter will be paid by me). She's very nice and can be pretty cuddly :), half siberian half main-coon, I find her to be pretty hypoallergenic.
There are three other flatmates, James, Charlotte, and Amir. Everyone's friendly and are generally down to go to the pub, although we are all pretty busy (James and Charlotte PhD students, and Amir is an intern).
After June, the largest room in the flat may be available to move into permanently, the rent for which is 800 and bills tend to be around 50, and if you are not a student will need to cover the council tax (as the 3 other flat mates will all be students). We are a zone E property, so council tax is around 2700 a year, although you do get a discount since the rest of the tenants are students.
