I have a spare room to let in my modern flat in leith.

The room has a double bed, beside table & chest of drawers. It also has a built in wardrobe with a shelf on top for additional storage.

The room comes with its own bathroom (my room is en-suite) which has a gas powered shower over bath.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual washing machine, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher as well as plenty of storage.

Bills to be paid separately include council tax, gas and electricity.

The area is well connected with buses, trams and night buses. With plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops near by. Walking distance to Aldi, Lidl & Tesco as well as the Asda near Newhaven a slightly longer walk away.

Ample on street permit parking is available.

I’m a 36yo guy from Ireland originally and have lived in this flat for a couple of years. I work 9-5 Mon-Fri usually in the office with one day from home a week.
