Short -term let (festival accommodation or even one night if you’re coming to any of the gigs on in Edinburgh?). Couples allowed.

£20 per night for short- term let.
£25 couples

£180 per week for long term let.
Females only.

Double room available in a household that has pets.

All bills included inc. council tax.

If you decide to live in my property, you will be living with a 51 year old female vet nurse.

You will also live with my 3 cats & 2 dogs who can give you as many or as little cuddles as you want but they are always kept out of your room if preferred.

You will have access to the double room, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

Short term lets - pymt on arrival.
Long term 2 wks deposit £360
Free on-street parking and also driveway to park on.

Bus stop 5 mins away to get buses into town which takes between 15 - 30 mins depending on traffic.
