Live in landlord sharing extra rooms

Hi looking for people to share. room have windows opening to the garden, and gas heating. flats is furnished viewing available. the kitchen door connects to the hallway and the garden. I work from the office daily, we have a security lock for each room. There is large capacity washing machine and fridge. No lounge. You would be sharing flat with just 2 guys only. Bathroom is sahred. Property is kept clean. Close to soughton tram. 1GB broadband and TV provision if needed. Quite room. Available from may 20. All bill included for single person. No access to lounge area.
