We are two young professionals looking to welcome someone to our flat in the EH8 postcode. We are looking for someone to take over the lease date and move in from October 9th.
We have very relaxed living conditions with plenty of shared space. The room has a bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf and decent amount of floor space. The flat has a kitchen, living room, drying room and one shared bathroom.
Ideally we would love for a young professional or a postgraduate student who wishes to stay for at least a year.
The two existing flatmates both work - one as a language assistant in a school and the other flexibly between the office and working from home. We’re both quite active and enjoy running, socialising, volunteering (scouts), reading and exploring coffee and brunch spots.
