The flat is well connected, located around 25 minutes by bus from Edinburgh’s New Town. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. The property is conveniently close to Morrisons, Edinburgh College, Cramond, and other local amenities.

You would be sharing the flat with one other person (early 40s), so ideally I’m looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate in a similar age range who is interested in a long-term stay.

The flat includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, as well as a washing machine. On-street parking is available.
