The flat is well connected, located around 25 minutes by bus from Edinburgh’s New Town. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. The property is conveniently close to Morrisons, Edinburgh College, Cramond, and other local amenities.

You would be sharing the flat with one other female, so ideally I’m looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate who is interested in a long-term stay.
