It is accessed via the house front door and is off the main stair. You would have almost exclusive use of the whole Mezzanine floor, other than occasional family access to the attic and roof hatch for maintenance or storage.

The ground & first floors of the house are occupied by the owners who spend most of their time living elsewhere. We are looking for a friendly person or couple who would live in the house and be willing to help out with some household tasks such as watering house plants, taking out the wheelie bins & recycling, taking in deliveries and keeping the place secure etc. (about 1 hour a week) We have reduced the rent to reflect this.

Included : Council Tax, Gas Central Heating, Wifi are included, but a charge would be made for the flats electric use, at the supplier rate.

Parking is available for 1 car plus shed space for a bicycle if required.

Transport - Corstorphine Road bus stop is within a 5 min walk then the bus to the city centre is a 15 minute journey. To the Gyle is 20 minutes, and the airport is 21 minutes on the Airlink.
