-> Apologies for the shouting 😅 Hello! I am looking for a quiet tenant to move in right away as my current flat mate is leaving in short notice.
It is a big bright double bedroom with a desk and plenty of storage. Boasts a nice view of Calton Hill as well!
Please be aware I live in the lounge so there is no shared common space, however, I am not a total recluse!
Bills are included. (Internet/electricity/insurance) NO COUNCIL TAX included, as I am a student!!
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and a tumble dryer.
Me: I am a chill and friendly Canadian, I am a full time student studying Television Production at Napier University. I also work part time.
The flat is at the bottom of the royal mile, very close to many beautiful features of Edinburgh, and central to everything. University, train station, Arthurs Seat, the old town, it's all on your doorstep! groceries can be purchased at Tesco Express which is less than five minutes away.
I am looking for a quiet tenant. (Headphones not loud music) as the flat is a bit small so sound travels. That being said im not a tyrant just something to be mindful of!
