It's a 15-20 minute walk to the George Square campus and close to Haymarket Station, a tram stop and lots of bus routes. Lots of good places to eat nearby plus a branch of PureGym and yoga and pilates studios.
It's £625 a month with a weekly cleaner included in the rent. Other bills (electricity/gas/internet) are roughly £100 on top.
I'm a PhD student in Archaeology and prefer a quiet home environment but also happy to have movie nights etc. Please let me know if you're interested and would like a video call/in person viewing.
