Double room available between Tollcross and Haymarket.

It's a spacious 3rd floor flat with a bright, south-facing kitchen and living room. There's a wood burning stove in the living room for cosy evenings in winter and a large shared garden that is wonderful in summer. The bedroom is the warmest room in the flat in winter (has the best radiator to space ratio) and because it is north facing it’s cool in summer.

The flat is a 15-20 minute walk to the George Square campus and close to Haymarket Station, a tram stop and lots of bus routes. Lots of good places to eat nearby plus a branch of PureGym/yoga and pilates studios, cinemas and the Usher Hall and Lyceum.

It's £625 a month with a weekly cleaner and internet included in the rent. Gas/electricity not included.

I have just finished a PhD in Archaeology and I’m working as a freelancer in heritage. I prefer a quiet home environment but also happy to have movie nights and chat while cooking etc and I have become good friends with many of my past tenants. My partner is usually around every second Saturday when we tend to make dinner and have a quiet evening but otherwise I rarely have people round as I prefer to go out for lunch/dinner with friends.
