I’m looking for a flatmate to rent the second room in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor. Building has a lift.

Rent: 900 without bills
Bills: Approximately £100-150 per month in total for utility bills, WiFi, Council tax.
Deposit: One month’s rent

About the room:
🛏️ Spacious and airy room with a large window overlooking the garden entrance
- Plenty of storage space. There’s a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers

Bathroom:
🚽 Separate toilet for yourself. I have an en-suite.

Shared Spaces:
- Living room, Dining and Kitchen
- Bathing area only (My room is an en-suite but without a bathing area)

What’s not included?
- Tumble Dryer (Well… Do you really need one? It spoils the clothes!)

Over the weekends, you’ve got the apartment to yourself. I’m an adventurous person who loves to hike and explore new cities so I’m away most weekends.
