THE FLAT

Double room to rent in a modern and bright 2 bedroom flat.

Your room has a double bed, and is furnished with a large wardrobe and a table but there's the opportunity to bring your own furniture and make the space yours.

The flat is modern, bright, spacious and warm.

You will have your own large bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is modern and spacious with a fan oven, gas hob and washing machine. If you like coffee I have a machine that you're more than welcome to use, I can (try to) make good coffee for us.

The lounge is cosy and is where I tend to spend most of my time relaxing.

You will have access to a private underground car park and a private gym for the use of residents (pictured).

LOCATION

The flat is in an excellent location next to Pilrig Park, off Leith Walk, about 15 minute walk to St James Quarter, 15 minute walk to the heart of Leith and a 5 minute walk to Leith Walk. Not short of a coffee shop or bakery.

There is a large Tesco Extra and Lidl about a 7 minute walk away at the bottom of Broughton Street.
