One of the two rooms in my two-bedroom flat is available. The flat is in a quiet area with very easy access to shops and bus links (25, 26, 5, 4, 49, 21) to the city centre and Leith. Morrisons is a 10-minute walk away, and Meadowbank Shopping Park is about a 25-minute walk.
The bedroom is spacious, as is the living room. The flat is on the first floor and has a shared garden.
The room is available for single occupants or couples. The rent is £700 for couples per month.
I am looking for someone who communicates well and is tidy.
