Description
Available from 15th December 2026 – viewing available
Spacious double room in a quiet, bright first-floor flat. Excellent bus links to the city centre and Leith (25, 26, 5, 4, 49, 21).
Hi, I’m Elpida. I work full-time for a charity supporting people with cognitive difficulties. In my free time, I enjoy cafés, reading, and Pilates at weekends. I am also in the last year of my psychology degree so this year it is quite busy for me.
The flat has two bedrooms and a spacious living room, with access to a shared garden.
Shops nearby: Morrisons (10-minute walk) and Meadowbank Shopping Park (25-minute walk).
I’m looking for a tidy, respectful person with good communication skills.
Single occupancy only – no couples, please.
