Hi, we are Giovanny and Kevin! We just bought a house and want to share it with someone nice. Gio is Colombian/Spanish, and I'm from Chile. We speak Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese. We love travelling and have visited many countries before and after meeting. We're very sociable, enjoy hanging out, watching movies, and having board game nights, and also value our alone time. We are respectful, clean, and tidy and live with 2 beautiful cats.

Our ideal flatmate would be a full-time student or professional who shares our enthusiasm for creating a warm and friendly home environment. We enjoy hosting casual dinners and celebrating special occasions together, so we're looking for someone who'd naturally become part of these moments. As cat lovers, we'd love to find someone who appreciates our furry friends as much as we do. We value cleanliness and mutual respect while maintaining a good balance between socializing and personal space.

20 minutes away from Edinburgh city centre by buses 27, 29 and 37 with direct routes. Nearby shops, supermarket (10-minute walk), local gym, and amenities.

Double bed, large wardrobe, desk, additional study area in living room.
