Two rooms available

I work outside of the UK and have had a friend living in my flat for the past 18 months, but he has now purchased his own home so is moving out.

I have two double bedrooms. To this point I have had one permanent tenant in my spare room and have rented out my master bedroom on a short-term (1-3 month) basis, as I occasionally come home for birthdays/family events.

I am now looking for someone new to move in longer-term. I would be happy to rent the entire flat out if desired, or maintain the current set-up of one permanent tenant and an occasional short-term tenant. Cost for the en-suite bedroom is £1,000/month or the other double bedroom is £850/month. Whole flat rental for £1,650. Bills and WiFi are included.

I have a four year old female house cat who I am not allowed to have in my rental where I work, so it would be great if someone was happy to care for her also. But I understand that is a big ask so I am prepared for potentially, unfortunately, having to rehome her.

The flat has underground parking facilities and a gym on site as well as concierge service, great bus routes to the airport and all around the city from the main road. 30min walk to Princes Street, 20min walk to Haymarket station.
