A room is available in a cosy flat on Rose Street. There is a shared living room, storage, bathroom and kitchen. You can see it all on the video, the storage room will be almost empty for the new flatmate (currently has stuff that will be removed). Location: 1 minute from Princess Street with all bus routes/train station. 10 minute walk from "Water of Leith", where you can have a walk in nature. Pets considered but its still on discretion of the landlord. Discounted parking is available for residents by request from the Council.

You would be sharing with only one other flatmate. Female Ukrainian professional and part-time master's student. I enjoy a friendly, homey atmosphere in the flat. I am into music, play guitar and love nature. I like to keep common spaces clean and tidy. I have good communication skills. I enjoy social time as much as personal space. I travel abroad or to my parents every couple of months.

I am looking for someone who respects common spaces and has good communication. I am flexible with cleaning tasks and your preferences in the sharing of the flat. No wild parties please, but your friends are welcome here to hang out any time no problem, which is very handy in the city centre.

Agency requirements: employed individuals are required to have a salary of 30x the monthly rent (£20.1 K per year), or savings amounting to such. Students and those who have lived in the UK for less than 6 months are required to have a UK-based guarantor who earns 36x the monthly rent.
