Hi all, I'm looking for a final year Student/Postgrad/Young Professional to join me for a year. The flat is in Old Town, on the Royal Mile just off South Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms with a small kitchen but a relaxing living room. Your room is a double bed with built-in wardrobe and a view of the Balmoral to wake up to every morning.

Rent is currently £600 a month but increasing to £637.50 from August!!!

£956.25 deposit, Council Tax (and Sewage & Water Charges) would be around £75 a month (based off 2024/25 (C) Bands). If you're a student you can pay half that (25% student discount).

Utilities usually come to £60-£80 a month.
Move in date would be 1st June 2025.
I'm just completing my studies and have secured a job from May onwards, I'm a keen (slow) runner, and I talk about Northampton Town FC too much so apologies in advance. I'm sociable but enjoy staying in and I would ideally like someone who keeps the flat clean.
