Hi looking for a 2 flatmates to share this house with.

I have lived in this house for 2 years now as a student at QMU and have found the location to be great being so close to the Uni and Fort Kinnaird alongside portobello being a 30 min walk away !

Iam looking for 2 student females to fill the two rooms.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes.

Faciltites: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, fully equipped kitchen with a big double door fridge freezer, a full sized bath and separate shower, WiFi, TV with sky and a garden.
As a student I can say I've been blessed to find such a great place with all these facilties in a house with so much space which makes it a really comfortable shared living area. I will not be managing rent as we will all pay rent to the landlord (he's really nice).

Bus stops right outside, with alot of connections from the Fort Kinnaired.
Train station only 15 minute walk.
B&M, home bargains, Lidl, Asda, Post Office all close by.

About me:
Iam 22 year studying Occupational Therapy.
I work at the weekends and will have my dissertation in the coming academic year so things will be getting a lil serious for me 😬 I like going to the gym just around the corner at the fort. I enjoy nights out or drinks in the house with friends from time to time. Iam super easy to get along with and always up for a chat.

Me and the two girls who have lived here have gotten on really well by catching up with eachother and having the occasional wine night. I hope to find flatmates who will continue this dynamic of a comfortable and enjoyable shared living experience.

Ideally not 1st years sorry.
