Little bit about me:

Lates 20s that works as an engineer in the city, I enjoy the weekend day out, road trips, the gym and a trip to the pub/live music. I work a hybrid role of in office and from home role but have no issues with someone also working from home too.

The room you would have has a large curved standing electrical desk for WFH. There is one other person in the property too but she works in a law office 9-5.

A lodger agreement will be made between us for the room during its rental period.

If you wish to stay the full period of the room being available. From date available being 24th until end of April it is £3150, discounted from £3400. If you wish to stay and need to extend to end of may it will be £3900, discounted from £4250.

Deposit is taken to secure the property to guarantee you the room.
