I am going to have a double en-suite room available from December the 1st. The current tenant is in the middle of packing so photos and the add are to follow soon. If this is something that interests you please do let me know.
The property itself is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on ground level located just off London Road, it is technically a town house/maisonette. The room that is available for rent and the room I am in are the only ones in use. The back spare room has two single beds is just kept for friends/family visiting and WFH.
The room is available to rent for the foreseeable future following the standard lodger agreement rules setup by the Scottish government. It will be at £950 then the bills are not much more on top of that.
The property features dishwasher, 1GB Broadband, 75inch smart TV, washer, dryer, brand new white goods equipment, separate living room, dinning room with kitchen attached whilst all being ground level. There is access to a decently sized shared garden. The entire property a few years ago went through a massive renovation whilst still keeping the luxury of a wooden floor that is hard to find in Edinburgh. However, the main door is solely for this property and isn’t shared with any others.
Little bit about me: I am a Cyber Security Engineer working in the City Centre on a mix of in the house and in the office. I tend to mix between 2/3 days a week either side depending on my workload. I enjoy the usual live music venue, going on road trips and I tend to be doing my own thing most weekends so the place is relatively quiet as I don't party much at all.
