This is a very comfortable, fully furnished, modern and spacious main door house with large private garden, double glazed and gas heating. Located in Craigentinny 10-15 minutes walk to Arthur's seat served by day/night buses 26, 25, 21, 19, 49, 45.
The room is very spacious with a king size bed, table, chair, wardrobe and window looking onto several private gardens.
Rent is £700 including bills.
