Double room to let (April)

Renting out my room from 1 April to 1 May 2025. Suitable for someone who is looking for something else and needs something short term.

You must be comfortable with living with others. There are no locks on the bedroom doors and we have a friendly “open door” policy in the flat which means they usually remain open when people are out. This results in more light within the flat and more space for the cat to roam and play.

The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a small table and 2 chairs there. There is no living room. The bathroom is spacious.

The flat is situated close to the city centre. 12 minutes away by bus and 25 minutes walk. The Haymarket train station is a 15 minutes walk away. There are various supermarkets within walking distance. Lidl, Aldi, Saintsbury’s.

You must like cats and contribute looking after her.
