Flat to rent (2 bed) short or long term

Hello! I am moving in with my boyfriend so wanting to let out my flat. I am happy to discuss a short term stay, or a longer term stay (max 1 year).

The flat is big, lovely high ceilings, and has been well taken care of as it's my home. It's in a superb, safe location with a bus stop 30 seconds away, or the tram 5 mins walk. I like to walk everywhere, and it takes around 12 mins to Haymarket.

I've got two large rooms to rent (it's a 2 bed flat). (Only the slightly smaller one with a pic just now as I'm mid painting the other). If someone wants one room for a short term let, I'm open to all options, I just want to recoup some costs whilst I move in to my boyfriends in early Nov.

The flat would suit two friends sharing (no student parties please) or a couple. If it's a couple sharing I can offer a discount.

WiFi, council tax are included for shorter stays, for longer stays, I will reduce the price if you are paying council tax. Energy bills therefore might be the only thing extra to pay and are cheap (around £70-80pcm).

It's a lovely, safe, peaceful neighbourhood with cafes/restaurants and direct access to the Water of Leith (there is a fab walk to Stockbridge along the river which takes around 45 mins - lots of wildlife!).
