Large and bright one bedroom flat available to let from 6th September until mid-November. Dates negotiable.

Comes with parking bay, a bike shed, and a beautiful balcony overlooking Arthur's Seat.

I am asking for what I pay in rent plus all bills to cover my costs for the duration I am away. This is £1300 in rent plus approx £30 broadband, £135 council tax (band D with single occupancy reduction), and utility bills (approx £70 a month).

Tesco and Sainsbury 2-5 mins walking distance, Old Town 15 minute walk away. Bus connections into city.

Looking for someone neat, tidy and reliable to take care of the flat while I am away. Prefer one person, but will consider couples. No shoes to be worn indoors.
