Bedroom in cozy 2 bed flat

Hello! Room became available as the flatmate I was moving in with has decided to take a year out and travel instead.

It's top floor 2 bed flat just a few minutes walk from Haymarket station. I've just moved in myself a couple months back having lived in Marchmont with some schoolfriends, also at uni, although they've graduated now.

Kitchen is a decent setup, living area is airy and comfy and the toilets are actually really nice and modern which is always a big bonus!

Your room would currently come with a bed, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers.

The bed does have another pull out single underneath which I believe transforms the bed into a double if you wanted that!

In terms of me I'm at Heriot-Watt, enjoy getting out for a variety of exercise, doing some hobbies and of course the occasional pub visit with friends. Nothing too eccentric!

Other than that, I'd say I'm a pretty outgoing person but used to be shy when I was younger so I get if sometimes (if not all the time) you just want to keep yourself to yourself, however the occasional flat movie watch wouldn't go amiss :)

Not bothered by gender, guys or girls is fine by me as long as your a decent person and also a clean one!

Financially, rent is baseline £600pm and I'd estimate bills to be another £50 on top of that. Would ideally like someone for at least the full year but open to situations!

Also there's a dishwasher, I didn't have that in my last flat so I don't know about you but that is very exciting news to me.

I'll be in the flat for 2 years so ideally somebody who would also be spending that time would be great although 1 year would be okay.
