Description
Hi there! I have a room available to rent in the Marchmont area of Edinburgh. It’s in a two bedroom flat (which is shared with myself) and the room in question is a furnished double room with a shared kitchen, bathroom and living area.
The area is handy for getting into town (only about 20 mins walk!) and right beside the Meadows :)
I’m a 26-year-old professional who is looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate - would also be fantastic if you’re friendly/happy to hangout as well!
This flat is also welcoming to cats - I’ve checked this with the landlord, but references might not hurt if you have any.
The photos attached show the flat prior to me and my flatmate moving in but happy to have a chat/organise viewings for those interested :)
