I am Sébastien (30, French), and I have a small single bedroom available in a 3-bedroom flat. The room is quite compact with a single bed, but there is a lovely living room to enjoy 😊
One of the other bedrooms is rented by a friendly Filipino lady in her mid-twenties, and the other is mine. We both work during the week. We like a quiet home environment, but we still enjoy chatting and doing some activities together when we are free 😉
The kitchen is well furnished with an air fryer, oven, coffee machine, and more. The bathroom is shared, though the shower is only used by two flatmates. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces as well.
The rent is £650 ALL INCLUDED, covering electricity, council tax, and internet. The location is just near Meadowbank, with a supermarket only a five-minute walk away 🛒
