The flat consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with in built wardrobes,1 bathroom , a living room which is connected to the kitchen.
Room to rent EH9. The flat is in an ideal spot in regards to transport as the are within a few minutes walking distance. It takes about 28 minutes to get to Princes Street by bus depending on traffic & 10 minutes by car.

There is on street parking. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The kitchen which includes and induction hub ,it has everything you will need for making meals with plenty of space on the worktops and in the cupboards.
