Hello!

I am subletting my flat (warm and cosy in winter) in the city centre (New Town/Leith) for a short-term period while I’m travelling during the Christmas holidays, from Monday, 22 December 2025, until Sunday, 28 December 2025.

My bedroom is also available from Sunday, 28 December, until Monday, 19 January 2026, but you will be sharing the flat with my flatmate.

- 5-minute walk to the tram (direct to the airport) and bus stations
- 10-15 minutes walk to Princess Street and the Waverley train station
- 5-10 minutes walk to Calton Hill
- 10-15 minutes walk to Holyrood Park
- 10-15 minutes walk to St James Quarter, John Lewis, and the Omni Centre
