I am subletting my bedroom in a shared flat for a short-term period while I’m on holidays.

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on a modern flat (warm and cosy in winter) in the city centre (Leith/New Town) available from Monday 22 December 2025 until Monday 19 January 2026.

- Calm neighbourhood surrounded mainly by residential buildings, Montgomery Park, a primary school, and very close to markets, shops, cafés, and restaurants (you can find a bit of everything on Leith Walk).

- 5-minute walk to the tram (direct to the airport) and bus stations
- 10-15 minutes walk to Princess Street and the Waverley train station
- 5-10 minutes walk to Calton Hill
- 10-15 minutes walk to Holyrood Park
- 10-15 minutes walk to St James Quarter, John Lewis, and the Omni Centre

Flatmate
- A 35-year-old professional.
- Working full-time from home.

The ideal temporary flatmate would be a working professional that does not work from home since my flatmate will be working from home (sorry!), but if you're either a mature student or post-graduate student/post-doc, etc., over 28, come on round for a look and a chat! Or a video-call if you haven’t yet arrived in Edinburgh.
