Hi, I’m Fraser (28) and I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my current roommate’s room from the 9th January.
You’d be sharing with me-I work full-time in retail and am really into music, art, antiques, vintage, fashion, going out, TV & film and being outdoors. I am easy-going and sociable, also a non-smoker with no pets.
The flat is a bright, spacious two-bedroom tenement on Dalry Road, very close to the city centre. It’s a 25-minute walk to Princes Street, 15 minutes to Haymarket (trams and trains), with Lidl, Co-op and frequent bus links nearby.
Rent is £675 pcm, with bills averaging around £175 a month, Council tax is Band C, and shared.
The double room is bright and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, and plenty of storage). Additionally, the flat has a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower.
I’m ideally looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate who’s chilled yet tidy and happy to share a relaxed, comfortable home. Someone who enjoys music, is sociable but also independent and communicates well would be a great fit. All genders welcome, ideally aged 24-40.
