Cosy postgrad flatshare in Newington/Mayfield

Looking for a flatmate for 2 rooms available Newington/Mayfield.

Rent is £460 for the smaller room and £500 for the larger one (doesn't include bills which are roughly £30-40 per month).

Student or professionals welcome! We are all students in the flat, any professionals would have to be prepared to pay council tax themselves (Band E, but with 25% discount). There is a possibility of splitting the council tax bill later as one current flatmate will graduate in summer.

We are looking for someone to join our flat starting at the beginning of February. The room is fully furnished, has had a new carpet in the last year. There is an optional desk for the small room also.

We are a flat of post graduate/mature students - we are all often busy but enjoy a chat when we are together! Not a party flat but happy to have friends around 😊 we keep the flat tidy and have communal chores so new flatmate should be happy to contribute!

The flat is just around the corner from two corner shops, 10 mins walk from a Tesco Express and 15 min walk from Cameron Toll where there is a big Sainsburys and an Aldi. 10 minute walk to King's Buildings and about 30 minute walk to central campus. It's a nice quiet building and a peaceful road. There is a back garden and we have a shared storage box room.
