Spacious double bedroom (post grad preferred)

I’m looking for a respectful and friendly flatmate to share my lovely second-floor flat. The available bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a king-size double bed and plenty of storage, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, under-bed drawers, and a bedside unit.

The flat is fully furnished and centrally located, with the nearest bus stop a 5-minute walk away on Easter Road.

About me
I’m a kind and friendly post-graduate student currently doing a PhD. I love reading and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy running regularly and indoor climbing.

I am clean and tidy (most of the time!) and I am looking for someone who will respect the flat so its a welcoming home for both of us.

Ideally I would like to be friends with my flat mate, but if you prefer to keep to yourself that's ok too. Long term stay is preferred. I'm vegan but there's no need for my flatmate to be veggie/vegan. I am looking for a queer-friendly flatmate.

Fellow post-grads are preferred but I am open to flatmates of any age/profession. If you are not a student you will need to cover the council tax.

Price: 600 pcm excluding bills
Bills: Wifi is 12.50 per month, gas and electricity approx £25-40 per month.
Council tax band: Band B
