Elegant spacious room - City centre

I have a large room in my flat perfect for short term rentals. Ideal if you need a base whilst looking for a permanent accommodation, or are a university student on an exchange, or are in Edinburgh on a work placement, or visiting the city for an extended period or any other reason.
Over the years I have welcomed into my home teenagers learning English, visiting poets, actors , directors, producers, friends of friends and many more.
It is a relaxed home in a large traditional Georgian flat in the East End of the city centre. Close to many amenities, the tram and Waverley station.
The dates the room is available are not set in stone so please contact me for details. Generally I am working around my daughters university terms but she is also often away in the holidays. The room is not available for most of August.
