The room is in a 3-bed 1-bath property, which is in a 4-in-1 block in a quiet neighbourhood. Neighbours are nice. Only residents and delivery vans drive through and no outside traffic. I moved in last October and now I am finally ready to share spare rooms with the right people.
I am the live-in landlord, 35, a Chinese citizen, settled in the UK. I work in financial services, often work from home at the attic level, and also sleep there.
I will appreciate someone reasonable, matured, and who will clean up after themselves. I am quite chilled, cheerful and empathetic. I love plants, beach, forests, and will often be outdoors if not working.


I would love hanging out sometimes, host a flat dinner, have a small chat, etc., but also respect personal border and privacy.
My 2-year-old tuxedo cat, Mao, is the true master in this property. He is a gentle man, super friendly and nice. He also goes outdoors a lot.
My current long-term flatmate is Scottish, male, 48, a contractor, with a 10-yrd indoor cat. He is cheerful and respectful, a home owner from Dundee. He is staying here by himself, drives to work, outside from 7am to 5pm on week days. He visits his 22-yrd daughter and his friends sometimes, and goes back to Dundee once a month.


The property is quiet and chilled most of the times.
