Room available for next few months

Hello! I've moved into a new flat in October and now that I'm settled in I'm looking to rent out the other room for the next few months. The flat is nice and chill with a garden and balcony. It's not far from King's buildings (30min walk), 40minute bus to Bush Estate and a short bus into town.

The area is also quiet and green, with a short walk to Cameron Toll supermarket.

I work Monday-Friday just outside Edinburgh. I sometimes work from home but not often. I usually like to cook and chill during the week, will be doing alot of gardening as it gets brighter. And at the weekends I'm sometimes away at my partner's or seeing family in Glasgow. Generally like a chat and always like to get to know people.
