I’m moving out for a short period and looking for someone to take over my room for November. This is a really comfortable flat I’ve genuinely enjoyed living in, so I’m hoping to find someone who’d appreciate it too. If you're looking for a short-term stay that feels easy, quiet and well-located, this might be a good fit 🙂

You’ll share a bright and airy living area with a 30-year-old professional who works for a school (WFH Monday+Friday). The flat features:
A large, sunny living room with a comfortable sofa and dining table.
A fully equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge, kettle, blender, washing machine, and all essential cookware/cutlery.

Quiet residential area with green spaces nearby
10 mins to Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Home Bargains, B&M

🚌 Location & Transport (Abbeyhill)
Nature on your doorstep: Located right next to Holyrood Palace and the park—perfect for fresh air and quiet walks.
Excellent Transport: 5-min walk to Abbeyhill bus stop (Buses 26, 35, 44, etc., providing easy access to the whole city).
Shopping: 10-min walk to Meadowbank Shopping Park (Sainsbury's, Lidl, B&M, Home Bargains, KFC).

🚶Explore the City:
15-20 min walk to the City Centre / Princes Street.
10-15 min walk to Leith Walk for independent coffee shops.
20 min by bus to Portobello Beach.

📍Note:
Booking Deposit: £200 required to secure the room (non-refundable if you cancel). This will be held as a security deposit and returned within 3-7 days after move-out inspection.
Rent: To be paid in full at least 1 day before move-in.
