The room is fully furnished with everything you need: double bed, standing desk (great for remote work), wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, and a smart TV screen. There is a multi-layer window blind for daytime privacy and a heated desk chair.
You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, living room, and both front and back gardens, perfect for relaxing in warmer months. There are also two private driveway parking spaces available for you and any visitors.
-All bills included in the £795 rent: Council Tax, gas, electricity, water, and Wi Fi.
-Available from 24 May 2026 → 24 January 2027
-Deposit: £795 (returned when you move out)
-1 month notice period
-If you’re happy here and want to stay beyond February 2027, there’s the option to remain and rent the whole property once it’s managed by a letting agency.
About me:
I’m a remote-working professional, often travelling for work and leisure. I’ll be away for a few months later in the year, so the house will be peaceful and quiet.
