I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to take the double room. The room is fully furnished with everything you need: double bed, standing desk (great for remote work), wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, and lamps. There is a multi-layer window blind for daytime privacy and a heated desk chair.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, living room, shared bathroom and both front and back gardens, perfect for relaxing in warmer months. There are also two private driveway parking spaces available for you and any visitors.

-All bills included (Council Tax, gas, electricity, water, WiFi)
-Deposit: one months rent (returned when you move out)
-1 month notice period
-Available 6th November 2026 to 24th January 2027
-Ability to rent the full 2 bedroom home from 25th January via agency
About me:
I’m a remote-working professional, however very frequently travelling for work and leisure.

House rules:
• No smoking indoors
• Pets welcome
• Host when you want, do what you want, just be clean and easy going :)

Requirements:
• Work or previous landlord reference
• Right to Rent check (ID/passport)
