1 Bedroom flat - short term rent

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a friendly and trustworthy person to stay at my place while I'm away for a few weeks.
Minimum stay 4 weeks- £2400
Maximum stay 38 Days- £3257 (must be able to vacate by December 26th)
I would appreciate someone that would be comfortable taking care of my plants.

No parties- sorry!

Bedroom-
Has a desk and large built in wardrobe.
I usually take a consideraable amount of clothes with me so they'll bee room for your clothes!

Bathroom-
Shower and bath.

Living room and Dining area with kitchen attached.

The place is fully equipped with household items that you are welcome to use while staying.

Bus stop is 2 minutes away. 20 minutes bus ride to princess street, Leith walk and 10 minutes away from a Lidl and Sainsbury's.
Scotmid also 5 minute walk away.

Bills included in the price. The deposit is to secure the place and to cover potential damages. It will be refunded to you July 30th as long as everything is accounted for and in the condition it was when I left.
