Central Edinburgh - 2 Rooms to Rent

I am a live in landlord who has two rooms to rent from September 2026 to end-June 2027 in my flat in central Edinburgh. Ideally looking for two postgrad students, both male and female are welcome.

Having undergone a recent renovation, the flat comes fully furnished with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The two rooms sit to the rear of the flat and look out over the back garden. WiFi and bills are included in the rent.
