Searching for a comfortable, well-located home base? We're offering a single bedroom on the second floor of our welcoming mid-terrace house in the quiet, leafy neighbourhood of Comely Bank.

Transport couldn't be easier — there's a bus stop literally one minute away with direct routes into the city centre, or it's an easy 15-minute walk if you fancy stretching your legs. You're also brilliantly positioned for exploring some of Edinburgh's loveliest green spaces: Inverleith Park, the charming streets of Stockbridge, and the Botanical Gardens are all on your doorstep — ideal for Sunday morning wanders.

The house is shared with one other lodger. This is a family home, though all three children are either at university (aged 20 and 18) or schooled in another city (aged 13), so they're rarely around during term time. We — the parents — share the house, but both travel frequently due to work and family commitments. We also have two beautiful white cats, so if you're a cat lover, you'll fit right in!

The room comes with shared use of bathroom and shower facilities — there are four bathrooms in the property, three of which are accessible to you — along with the kitchen, utility room, and living room. If you play, you're more than welcome to use the piano too. There's also a south-facing back garden for your use.
