Room in fun flat in tollcross!

One of our lovely housemates is moving out after summer and we are looking ideally for a young student or professional to join us in the flat! (If you are working you’d need to be okay council tax) it would also be preferable to have a girl but that’s not a strict rule!

The flat is a gorgeous top floor flat in Tollcross! 30 seconds from the meadows and Lothian road.

The flat has one shared bathroom between three, kitchen, dining and living room combined. The rooms door has an internal lock.

I am studying contemporary art and our other flatmate is working full time after studying fashion. We are a sociable house whilst respecting each other schedules, we like to get drinks, cook dinner and watch movies/tv together, so we’d ideally be looking for someone who fits into that and wants to be friends with who they live with. (We are not a party flat though)

We would like someone who is clean and contributes to the household, we don’t have a cleaning rota everyone just stays on top of the cleaning mutually and we takes turns buying dish soap/bin bags ect.

With the room you’d get the bed, dresser and shelves (you can remove what you like if you speak to the letting agency).
