This is a double room for someone who is willing to share the 3 bed property (victorian ground floor flat in EH16 5HN). The property comes with spacious shared kitchen, 2 main bathrooms and an additional external bathroom. It is currently being occupied by us (me , my wife and a 12 year aged male child) since feb 2024. There is plenty storange and garden access is limited.

Plenty direct transport from and to the city center where buses can connect you to various parts of the city.

Commonwealth pool and UOE pollock halls is hardly 1 min walk. A decent view of Arthur seat directly from the street. The parking is free on street, subject to availability.

For couple, you would be paying £100 in addition to the rent (£850). This includes all bills. Deposit will be the same as rent.

Currently, there is a friend renting this room and if he is willing to end his tenancy upon completion of his initial 6 months then we will be able to offer it to you , subject to satisfactory references; for students, it has to be their university or any other closely related personal..
