Rent: £590 per month (exclude bills and tax )highest bill is £80 per person per month in winter, council tax is £64 per person per month

We’re hoping to find someone who:

* Is clean and tidy
* Doesn’t host parties
* Is easy to communicate with
* Is respectful of shared spaces
* Don’t bring strangers home. Lets the flatmates know in advance if you plan to invite friends to home.
