Double Room Available Sept 1 in Bruntsfield

I'm Olivia! I have a bedroom at the flat I'm currently in that will become available September 1st. The bedroom is a double bed with a walk-in closet. The flat has a shared bathroom, living space, kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and a lovely garden out back. The flat is on the ground floor in Bruntsfield in a really nice area. :)

I'm American, from New Jersey. I moved to Edinburgh in September of 2024 and have been in this flat since May 2025. I work as a client liaison / digital consultant in Fountainbridge in a hybrid setup with pretty typical daytime hours. I go for lots of walks around Edinburgh as a way to stay active and connected with nature. I love hiking and camping when I can align calendars with friends. I do yoga regularly, enjoy attending or hosting game nights, and generally try to stay busy and social with friends! As a roommate, I appreciate direct communication and respect for shared spaces.

The per person per month prices are: rent at 900 pounds, Council Tax at 95 pounds, and internet and electricity fluctuates across the year.
