Double Room Available 9 November in Bruntsfield

I'm Olivia! I have a bedroom at the flat I'm currently in that will become available 9th November. The bedroom is a double bed with a walk-in closet. The flat has a shared bathroom, living space, kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and a lovely garden out back. The flat is on the ground floor in Bruntsfield in a really nice area. :)

I'm American, from New Jersey. I moved to Edinburgh over two years ago and have been in this flat since May 2025. I work as a digital consultant in Fountainbridge in a hybrid setup with pretty typical daytime hours.

I'm quite social, outdoorsy, and active, often going for walks or having plans with friends on evenings after work and on weekends. I love walking, traveling, yoga, hiking, camping, going out to restaurants, exploring any new restaurant/pub/shop/part of town, hosting and attending game nights, and many, many more things! I'm generally up for anything and love trying new things.

I'm looking for a flatmate that ideally I could become friends with! I appreciate direct and honest communication and a shared respect and tidiness of the flat.

The finances of the flat are the following, in price per person per month in pounds: rent 900, Council Tax (Band D) 95, internet 20, and energy fluctuates but is about 65, for a total of about 1,080.
