Double Bedroom at 15 King’s Stables Road

We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat just off The Grassmarket in central Edinburgh. Being only 15 minutes from central campus for The University of Edinburgh, it’s an ideal location. The flat has two social spaces, the kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and cupboard space, and the lounge, with a TV, Xbox and dart board.
Adam and I are looking for a temporary flatmate over the second semester, as our current one is off on a semester abroad. Adam studies History and Archaeology, and I study Physical Geography. We are sociable people, who enjoy cooking, watching movies, chatting about football and playing games. We have a close friend group, so we occasionally host games and movie nights that often end in a trip to the pub.
We are hoping to find a flatmate who enjoys the same hobbies as us, as well as being tidy, sociable and fun. The rent does not include bills and WiFi, however these should not add too much to the final monthly sum. We use an app called SplitWise to ensure the cost of simple flat items, such as toilet roll, soap and washing pods, can be split equally. We see this as very important, alongside taking turns with bins, cleaning shared spaces and going to the shops to buy things needed for the flat.
